On August 1, 2021, the A-CAPP Center’s Professional Certificate in Anti-Counterfeiting and Brand Protection will transition to a new learning management platform. During this transition, there will be a slight pause in course access.
What will happen to my unfinished active courses in the old learning platform?
All participant unfinished active courses will be transitioned into the new learning platform beginning August 1, 2021. Participants will have to start any courses over in the new system if not completed prior to July 31, 2021 in the old system. Participants will receive notice once their unfinished courses are available to start. The anticipated final migration date is August 13, 2021.
What will happen to my completed courses?
The Center will have record of any complete courses and these will count towards completion of the Professional Certificate in the new learning platform. Once you complete the remaining courses for the certificate, the Center will issue you your Professional Certificate in Anti-Counterfeiting and Product Protection.
What will happen to my inactive courses?
Participant inactive courses will not be transitioned. Inactive courses are those that exceeded the 180-day time limit from enrollment to completion. If you wish to be considered for an exception, you may complete an exception request form for expired courses here.
