Senior Specialist, Product Integrity Program Analyst
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Global Security Associate Director – Product Integrity Intelligence, this position will serve the Reporting Analyst function for Product Integrity, worldwide
- Lead for global product information collections, analytics, and oversight and production of all reporting and documentation management and output as well as leading oversight of the Global Security event and data management system, aiding the Product Integrity mission for Global Security
- Leads oversight of robust event and data management system that catalogs, and tracks information associated with product integrity investigations
- Leads analysis and oversight of accuracy of events and data collected into intelligence management systems with minimal oversight
- Provide regular evaluation and any necessary enhancements to event and data management policies, procedures, and systems to assure the accurate, efficient, and timely handling of Product Integrity information
- Assure that all event and data management and related systems remain compliant with applicable legal standards and requirements to support criminal and civil court submissions
- Serve as global subject matter expert for Product Integrity event and data management system and provide guidance and assistance to remote users with their data reporting needs
- Manage necessary data integrity checks and updates to event and data management system in timely fashion
- Own and maintain metrics-based report production using internal and external tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, Word, PPT and Excel
- Develop and execute Product Integrity KPI measurements
- Own and maintain creation of ongoing risk assessments and reports and ensure data quality with minimal oversight
- Process product integrity data and convert them into charts, graphs, reports and other intelligence documents
- Enhance current operations for research and reporting by evaluating necessary software and supporting vendor management as applicable
- Develop and execute analysis and reporting on data trending based on investigative understanding of Product Integrity matters
- Provide support to Product Integrity investigations by developing and maintaining information lookups and investigative report production
- Develop and execute fluid communication for information sharing related to analytics and data dissemination, to both internal stakeholders and external partners

Associate Director, Product Integrity Operations
Qualifications
- Experienced investigative professional with a minimum of ten (10) years of industry security experience or ten (10) of public sector criminal investigative experience
- Established range of professional contacts, polished interpersonal skills, excellent research and writing abilities under extremely tight deadlines and competing demands, and familiarity with the range of professional literature in this area.
- Ability to identify investigative issues and customize, implement/execute solutions
- Deep understanding of transnational organized crime group investigations and enforcement-based solutions
- Understanding of Law Enforcement investigations and experience in generating case reports for criminal and civil enforcement actions
- Demonstrated experience in development of proactive, intelligence-led investigations
- Demonstrated experience in successful vendor management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Support the develop and execution of the Merck Animal Health Product Integrity strategy
- Serve as the global lead and internal liaison for Merck Animal Health Product Integrity operations
- Analyze counterfeiting exposures and implement cost effective passive, reactive, and proactive programs to address these exposures
- Management of threat assessments and market surveys used to identify and quantify Product Integrity threats
- Management of counterfeit, diversion and tampering notifications and follow-up for the US/Canada region
- Management and coordination of Product Integrity cases to assure completion and compliance with internal and external reporting requirements
- Coordination of program for proactive, intelligence-led Product Integrity investigations and enforcement within the US/Canada region
- Oversight of investigative vendor relationships and contractors in the US/Canada region
- Conduct/oversee customer and stakeholder requested select Product Integrity investigations, worldwide
- Coordinate with Law Enforcement Agencies on the referral of US/Canada Product Integrity cases, to include case reports for submission to agencies
- Collaboration with Merck colleagues on the use of advanced intelligence tools for application to Product Integrity problem sets
- Liaise with internal business clients to support product security feature development, as requested by Executive Director of Product Integrity or his/her delegate
- Cultivate and maintain relationships that support internal and external engagement and advocacy for Product Integrity matters at Merck
- Establish and maintain seamless interface with customers and stakeholders
- Maintain close liaison with regional government, industry, investigative, and law enforcement professionals as it relates to Product Integrity matters
- Handle high volume and complex caseload with little oversight
- Accountable to assigned client groups and GSG management for efficient and highly effective delivery of anti-counterfeiting investigative services

Senior Analyst, Product Integrity Intelligence

- Support Product Integrity Reporting Lead/Program Analyst to oversee robust event and data management system that catalogs and tracks information associated with product integrity investigations;

Qualifications
