LEARNING MODULES
This course has been developed for professionals who have established a basic foundation in brand protection and seek to apply those skills to build and sustain effective brand protection teams.

  • Team Composition, Organization and Leadership
  • Why Teams Succeed and Why They Fail
  • The Role of Service-Based Teams
  • Overcoming Barriers and Dealing with Success

100% ONLINE AND INSTRUCTOR-LED
Two days a week for four weeks, instructional methods include assigned readings, video lectures, weekly conference video/calls and discussion boards. Learner assessments via weekly chat sessions with instructor, discussion board postings, weekly quizzes, and final examination. Jay Kennedy, MBA, PhD will instruct this course. more on the instructor

FOCUS ON PRACTICAL OUTCOMES AND CASE STUDIES
Develop a greater depth of understanding of how to build and sustain a productive team of professionals whose responsibility is to address counterfeiting and brand protection issues  

  Identify and describe key elements of successful brand protection teams


 
  Describe how research on team and work groups directly relates to the development, growth, and sustainability of brand protection teams

 
  Apply this research to important brand protection issues


 
  Identify challenges and roadblocks faced by brand protection teams and solutions to overcome them
 

IS THIS TRAINING RIGHT FOR YOU?
No formal pre-requisites are required, but we recommend that you have the following:

  • moderate amount of practical experience in brand protection or anti-counterfeiting
  • completion of the A-CAPP Center brand protection professional courses and/or certificate
  • completion of the A-CAPP Center academic courses or certifcate
  • other combination of work experience and academic work
REGISTRATION POLICIES
